And Finally on Nov 2011 the most shocking of all news came when it was put on companies website the most of our admired Leaders are Terminated from RMP
More shocking then this news was that all these Leaders have started with a new American Company Monavie
Then came Lot of other incidents which was led by the frustrated Leaders on both the side RMP Infotec Companies account and website was seized by the CBI based on the complaints revied by some of the Leaders.
Justice Raja Elango of the State High Court on Wednesday faulted the police of Ongole for launching criminal prosecution against RMP Infotec Private Limited and its personnel.
The judge stayed an order seizing bank accounts of the company. The action of the Ongole police was challenged in a criminal petition before the court contending that the company was involved in sale of consumer goods and that applying provisions of the Prize Chits Act to it was patently illegal.
Companies Account were unblocked and Good News is that RMP has made NEFT payment now mandatory for all Distributors, that means money will be directly creadited to the distributors now onwards.
Now Recently when Ex Crown Diamond of RMP Mr. shamshudin who left RMP and Joined Monavie was conducting a meeting for Monavie in Kerala and was attacked by the Trade union of Kerala and one of his Teeth was broken.

17th december 2011 ex RMP crown Diamond Mr. Shamshudeen was beaten by the RMP Leaders when he tried to conduct Monavie meeting in Kerala.
We all talk about the Great Indian Crab story in our experience sharing when we are on stage. Story goes like this; "there where two boxes full of crabs. one was having Indian crabs and the other having American. The box owner put a lid to cover the box containing american crabs but he left the indian box open. When asked he told Indian crabs can never ever come out of the box because each crabs instead of trying to come out will be busy pulling the other crabs down. so no need to cover it none of the crab will come out."
This is the "Great Indian Crab Story."

I can understand the problem faced when suddenly our upline jumps to other company....what should we tell to our downlines.... How to handle the several question asked and this may lead to lot of frustartion which will make us busy in pulling the other person down instead of focusing on our own success.

In my recent article RMP Infotec Terminates its Crown Diamonds and TOP Earners from the the Company , I wrote about a News which was more schoking than a Tsunami or an Earth Quake to most of us and now i am here with more information collected for all of you. I got lot of mails eager to know what exactly happened.

Yes dear friends our very own Septa Crown Diamond in RMP Mr. Abhilash Thomas Leaves RMP and Joined Monavie Inc which started its operations in India on 21st November 2011. Now we got the news of lot of crown Diamonds terminated on 4th Nov 2011 that means most of the Crown Diamonds took there Top seat already in Monavie India before its official Lauch in India. Monavie has its presence in 21 Countries and growing fast Globally.

We all knew RMP was and is facing lot of troubles in Kerala, Karnataka and Andra Pradesh. RMP Infotec Directors Dilip Chandan and Dhaval J Chandan were recently arrected in AP and RMP accounts and Website was siezed by the CBI. There are news that these issues were intentionally created by some Crown Diamond who left but no strong proof on that

According to recent regulations brought in by Kerala Govt, Any mlm company which wants to operate in Kerala should give a refund of the distributors money in case the customer dosent find the product worth. Due to this..., news is that RMP was not accepting any DD's from Kerala which affected lot of people's income. there are some other rules put by the govt which will be difficult to manage by any MLM/ Network Marketing companyright now operating in India. Frustarted by this some Leaders went to meet company officials in chennai but were denied for any appointment.

Lot of Crown Diamonds took a decision to start their career all over again and build a Team from sracth. Abhilash Thomas new Team name in Monavie will be Team-Spartans like it was IBG in RMP.

If you see it in a different presepective this event RMP Infotec's top leaders leaving the company is good for the company in a way that lot of money will be saved which used to be given to them as recidual income. for ex: Abhilash Thomas septa Crown Diamond means anual income of 1 Crore weekly income + other bonus is saved for the company. if you calculate for all other Crown Diamonds who Quit RMP, it will be a huge money which is company's profit now.  But if these Leaders manages to shift their complete team from RMP it will be a little loss too.

I have another bad news- Central Govt decides to pass the Foriegn Direct Investment in India. This means now all Indian Retail Companies will face huge compition from the foriegn Companies,  before RMP was the only one Indian company in MLM field as strong player in Multi-brand retail but now lot of foriegn comapnies will join in this trend and create lot of competion for the company, lots of  Political Leaders are opposing it but India's situation is bad due the Politician eating lot of money, no surplus left with the country, due to which they have to rely on froiegn investments. Instead of 1 Rs= 50 $ we are heading to 1$= 100 Rs. Economy in in bad shape. lot of uncertainity around.

I know lot of peoples life will be affect by the RMP Leaders leaving then in between the Sea Strom. lot of people blindly followed their Leaders and now they are in "soup". What should a Distributor do now? Should he/She follows their Leaders Blindly or use their brains and take a decision with their strong "Will".

Its all in our Hands what we make of Life. Nobody is going to take responsiblity for our lives so better keep our eyes and ears open and be smart enough all the Time.

Who is Anna Hazzare? What is Jan Lokpal bill?

1. Who is Anna Hazare?
An ex-army man. Fought 1965 Indo-Pak War
 2. What's so special about him?
He built a village Ralegaon Siddhi in Ahamad Nagar district, Maharashtra
3. So what?
This village is a self-sustained model village. Energy is produced in the village itself from solar power, biofuel and wind mills.In 1975, it used to be a poverty clad village. Now it is one of the richest village in India. It has become a model for self-sustained, eco-friendly & harmonic village.
4. Ok,...?
This guy, Anna Hazare was awarded Padma Bhushan and is a known figure for his social activities.
5. Really, what is he fighting for?
He is supporting a cause, the amendment of a law to curb corruption in India.
6. How that can be possible?
He is advocating for a Bil, The Jan Lokpal Bill (The Citizen Ombudsman Bill), that will form an autonomous authority who will make politicians (ministers), beurocrats (IAS/IPS) accountable for their deeds.
8. It's an entirely new thing right..?
In 1972, the bill was proposed by then Law minister Mr. Shanti Bhushan. Since then it has been neglected by the politicians and some are trying to change the bill to suit thier theft (corruption).
7. Oh.. He is going on a hunger strike for that whole thing of passing a Bill ! How can that be possible in such a short span of time?

The first thing he is asking for is: the government should come forward and announce that the bill is going to be passed. Next, they make a joint committee to DRAFT the JAN LOKPAL BILL. 50% goverment participation and 50% public participation. Because you cant trust the government entirely for making such a bill which does not suit them.
8. Fine, What will happen when this bill is passed?
A LokPal will be appointed at the centre. He will have an autonomous charge, say like the Election Commission of India. In each and every state, Lokayukta will be appointed. The job is to bring all alleged party to trial in case of corruptions within 1 year. Within 2 years, the guilty will be punished. Not like, Bofors scam or Bhopal Gas Tragedy case, that has been going for last 25 years without any result.
9. Is he alone? Whoelse is there in the fight with Anna Hazare?
Baba Ramdev, Ex. IPS Kiran Bedi, Social Activist Swami Agnivesh, RTI activist Arvind Kejriwal and many more. Prominent personalities like Aamir Khan is supporting his cause.
10. Ok, got it. What can I do?
At least we can spread the message. How?

Police raid on RMP office in Kozhikode Kerala

On June 13th it seems Police conducted raid on RMP office in Kozhikode Kerala after receiving some 300 complaints about Money Chain.

For people who dont have time to read it let me explain, RMP is surely not going to come under Prize Chits. Most of the time its being confused with Money Circulation only because of the large number of people who promote the business wrongly.
Section 2(c) of the Act defines
"money circulation scheme" means any scheme, by whatever name called, for the making of quick or easy money, or for the receipt of any money or valuable thing as the consideration for a promise to pay money, on any event or contingency relative or applicable to the enrollment of members into the scheme, whether or not such money or thing is derived from the entrance money of the members of such scheme or periodical subscriptions

When you read the above definition its very easy to think RMP comes under it because lot of people are promoting it as a easy and quick money. But only the people who are doing RMP seriously know, how difficult it is to build a sales Team, To Train a person to become good Leader who can manage his Team, To Keep your Team and Yourself always motivated, To first make others Successful and then only you can be successful.
Now coming to the next line " promise to pay money, on any event or contingency relative or applicable to the enrollment of members into the scheme" now RMP never promises anybody that on enrolling they will be getting paid. Only when the person does some work to promote the products and makes a sale, then only person will be paid money so it "neither easy nor quick nor just enrollment."

Next on Page 5 of the PDF Section 11 states:
Act not to apply to certain prize chits or money circulation schemes. Nothing contained in this
Act shall apply to any prize chit or money circulation scheme promoted by-
(a) a State Government or any officer or authority on its behalf; or

"MSIL "a State Government Body is Promoting its Products like Solar Lamp, Induction Cooker and Energy Saver through RMP.
Its clear the RMP is not illegal, its just the misinformation that is given to lot of people that, they will get Financial Freedom by just joining the company.
So Friends to conclude, lot of such event will keep on happening until we keep promoting our business wrongly, in hurry to get a sign up we give half and incomplete information to the prospect in urgency to close, this is what has created the Big drama in Bangalore recently. Be very careful on how you get the sale and lets save this wonderful industry, which can with proper guidance can bring financial prosperity to the masses.

Sunday, June 05 2011, Dr.Fin Hamilton met the honorable Prime Minister of India , Dr.Manmohan Singh at his residence along with Hon’ble Finance Minister of India Mr.Pranab. The Meeting went on for more than 2 hours and later in the evening Dr.Fin briefing the media said that the prime minister is serious about the regulation of direct selling industry in India and has agreed for speedy process of Direct Selling regulation in India,
later a press release said the following points were discussed at the meeting:-
1. ICDSI will help the Indian Government drafting the legislation on Regulation of Direct Selling.
2. A panel of 12 Councillors from all over the world will travel to India in September for the legislation draft.
3. Indian Government is planning to introduce the Direct Selling Regulation Act in the First Parliament Session of 2012.
4. An Independent regulating authority will be formed, which will work under the guidelines of Ministry of Finance and RBI.
5. Foreign Direct Investment should be allowed in Direct Selling.(Suggested)
6. Prime Minister said, they will not allow 100% foreign investment will not be allowed in direct selling industry.
7. A set of guidelines will be framed which needs to be followed by all direct selling companies
8. From 2012, all direct selling companies needs to procure a special license.
9. All direct selling companies will have to declare their Annual financial results if the Direct Selling Regulation Act is formed.
10. A special tax of 13% will be imposed on the sale price of the goods sold through direct selling in addition to the existing taxes June 06, 2011. May 24, 2010, the PM admitted that Raja had told him that he was only following the policy laid down previously — virtually approving the fraud. Dr. SWAMI writes again 5 times to the PM seeking sanction to prosecute A Raja (with sufficient prima facie evidence). NO REPLY!!!

Many accepted the offer gratefully. NOT INDIA?

Why Mr. Mukherjee? Why did Indian Government not take the data when it was offered?????

Which International commitment would that have broken????

Instead you went on an signed a Tax Treaty with Germany which requires you not to disclose the names of the people.Then you went and signed a pact with Swiss Bank in 2010, according to which, only the money which will be deposited post this treaty is signed can be gotten back..

2. Why was UBS (Leading Swiss Bank) given an INDIAN BANKING LICENSE?

RBI was against giving banking licenses to UBS. ( One of the top SWISS BANKS which holds Black Money)Because UBS bank had not helped track to track the alleged money laundering by Hasan Ali Khan.

Why was then the UBS granted a Banking License to operate in India in 2008? Ironically enough, That was the first time since 2002-03 that RBI has issued a new licence to a FOREIGN BANK

India, a principal victim of banking secrecy, should have been leading the war cry against it.

In June 2003, Interpol found that Quattrocchi ( BOFORS accused) and Maria had two accounts, bearing numbers 5A5151516L and 5A5151516M in the London branch of the Swiss bank BSI AG with Euros three million and $1 million.They were frozen on CBI’s request.
British courts later repeatedly turned down Quattrocchi’s several appeals to de-freeze the accounts.
But, on December 22, 2005, the Congress led UPA government U-turned. H R Bharadwaj (Now Infamous Karnatka Governor), the law minister, got the additional solicitor general of India, B Dutta, to go to London to do the dirty job of releasing the amounts.

Then in 2009, UPA government had shamelessly let Quattrocchi off the hook by removing his name from global red alert. Because of the red alert he was always in danger of being caught and sent to India.
Why did the BOFORS accused, Quattrocchi got away eventually due to lack of a case is anybody's guess...
Why would the Black Money never come back now is anybody's guess..

Year 2011 can be termed as MLM news maker year. World seems to notice nothing else. So much of negative news about Network Marketing reminds me of the protest against computers in 2001 to ban computers and now no one can live without internet. Friends same thing is going to happen with Network Marketing in India.

Star News is repeatedly broadcasting the Speak Asia Online Survey Scam.
Leaving all other important news, media is behind Speak Asia. I cannot comment anything about Speak Asia personally because I have very less belief in our country's media and the government.
There is so much of corruption news and government frauds, criminal ministers and inflation, still media is behind some company's fraud. i don't get the logic, who the media is trying to save? The common man or themselves?

Media is worried that these kind of companies are cheating and fooling the innocent people. If MLM/ Network Marketing is fraud then the biggest fraud of the century according to me is Stock Market.

Maximum number of people lose their money in stock market without having any clue what they are investing in. There is SEBI to regulate Stock Market but still because of people's own ignorance they lose their hard earned money.

This has evoked lot of different reactions among our Indian friends. People who are not in MLM industry wants MLM/Network Marketing to be banned in Indian. People who have invested in Speak Asia are feeling cheated. And some other Networkers are very happy that Speak Asia company will be closed now.

My point of writing this article is to only give a message to all Network Marketers in India to Let make Network Marketing as an industry in India. By this i mean....Lets stop pulling each other legs. For example when RMPians meet some other MLM distributors, first thing we tell is your company is not good, you should join our company. But if a person from infosys meets a person from Wipro they wont talk that way. they will be glad to meet a person from the same industry and congratulate each other.

Its 'WE' who have to give Network Marketing this status in India. People should do proper research before joining any company and choose the products and Team which suits best for their personality.

Cricket World cup and Anna Hazzare

You may be wondering why i put these two completely different events "Cricket World Cup and Anna Hazare Movement" together? If you come to think of it, These both events are having the same affect on the Indians, both are making India United.

When India won World cup after 28 years, Whole India celebrated, there was no states, religion,caste or race. everybody were brothers and sisters celebrating India's success on the streets/house/office, distributing sweets, dancing and rejoicing.

Its time now for another game in which each and every citizen is the player, its time now for the Indian Democracy to win. Anna Hazzare has shown the path to get the Jan LokPal bill to be passed at immediately. This Bill will act as citizens ombudsman against corruption.


Many people, when possible, run from their problems rather than fight them. Only when backed into a corner do they fight. And because they are re actively fighting, rather than proactively fighting, they often don't think through their strategy.
Corruption is a good example of this. Most people don't like their government, but they are too afraid to do anything about it. It's much easier to go about your business and stay out of trouble, even if you're unhappy.

But when people get hungry, they get desperate. Hungry people are backed into a corner and have no choice but to fight. In this case, CWG scam, 2G Scam, Adarsh, etc etc can lead to government protests and the overthrow of governments—it is often fear, not conviction behind these protests.

But Anna Hazzare has started a proactive fight against the government, its we who should leave the escape mentality and take part in the fight before it gets too late.


I request all the true Networkers and RMPians to do massive Word of Mouth Publicity for campaign against corruption. We don't want talks We want Action!

Network Marketing/MLM/Direct Selling news India report by ICRIER published in all major Newspapers

On 18th March Friday Indian Council for Research on International Economic Relations (ICRIER) released a report to the Media titled “Socio–Economic Impact of Direct Selling: Need for a Policy Stimulus” at The Claridges Hotel, New Delhi in the presence of Hon’ble Minister, Shri Ashwani Kumar, Minister of State (Planning, Parliamentary Affairs, Science & Technology and Earth Sciences).

The Hindu Report on the ICRIER on Network Marketing

To make this topic simple to you all let me explain that Wal-Mart (a foreign Company) wanted to open a multi brand Retail store(like Big Bazaar) in India but was not allowed by the Indian Government as Foreign Direct Investment(FDI) in India is Limited only to Wholesale, that means only retailers(shop owners) can buy from Wal-Mart(Business to Business) and not common customers(Business to consumers). This step was taken by Government to help the Indian Retailers to make profit.

Now coming to Network marketing Industry there is no clear rule mentioned as it is not considered as an Industry yet. Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion (DIPP) classifies direct selling under wholesale trade for the purpose of FDI inflows. However, it was later clubbed with retail trade (non-store format retail) under NIC (National Industrial Classification), 2008. It also says direct selling is not clearly specified in DIPP's consolidated FDI policy. Since it covers both business-to-business and business-to-consumers aspects, some experts point out direct selling is neither wholesale nor retail, but only a specialized channel of distribution.

India is on the radar of many companies from all regions whether it is USA, Europe, and South East Asia. And many more are waiting for the government to pass legislation for Direct Selling industry in India, which is not considered as an industry yet.
RMP being a purely Indian company is allowed to market multi branded products and is the only company having maximum distributors and turnover in India.
India is expected to become the fifth largest consumer market by 2025 with an expanding middle class, which means lot of Foreign Multinational Companies want to sell their products here.

Now coming to what ICRIER reports tells is that -
India ranks 11th in terms of the number of direct sellers. However, when it comes to the value of sales, the 14-year old industry in India is ranked 47th. The sales volume clocked by the Indian direct selling industry in 2009-10 is estimated at Rs 4120 crore(Let me stress here that RMP an Indian company's turnover is 2600 cr0re half of the industry's turnover). The US, Germany and Japan are among the leading direct selling markets of the world.

The report concluded that the direct selling sector offers self-employment opportunities to a large number of people, especially women.

Minister for planning, science & technology, Ashwani Kumar, after unveiling the report, said, “The government will examine the report.” He added government decisions are guided by both political and economic choices. DIPP, which falls under the commerce and industry ministry, is responsible for formulating FDI rules.

Well only Foreign companies have to wait for the FDI rules, I am sure that Indian government will be prudent enough to promote only Indian companies and think of the profit and advantage of only Indian companies.
