Times for network marketers?

Times are getting tough.

Turn on a TV and you get bombarded
with bad news.

No money in the market people clinging to theirs jobs.
Banks not giving loans.
Sensex all time low.

With all the bad news out there, it's
got many network marketers wondering
how they're going to be able to find
anyone to join them in their business.

I sincerely hope YOU are not thinking
like this! I hope YOU are not wondering how you're going to survive.

IF So...

Time for an ATTITUDE check,
because this is a time to THRIVE.

Now I can hear some of you saying...
"I've talked to 10 people this week and between the price of living, and everything going on, everyone's broke.

Ya Think?

Listen... there's always gonna be broke
people out there - and I'm not talking
about financially.. I'm talking about people with a BROKE MINDSET.

If that's the kind of people you're finding, then you're attracting the wrong people, and you'll want to look at what you're focused on because I guarantee you - if you're focused on the negative, you will attract negative people. Believe it.

At any time, there is GOOD and BAD stuff happening all around us. I'm not saying to deny the bad stuff. What I'm saying is to choose to focus on the "good stuff." And yes, there IS good stuff happening around us every single day.

This is a great time to be prospecting because people with broke mindsets are SO EASY to spot. They quickly latch on to excuses and
cite what's going on in the news. Listen, as
soon as a prospect does that - MOVE ON.

There are lots & lots of great prospects out there you can be investing your time with so don't waste a precious minute talking to someone with a broke mindset. You're not here to rescue anyone.
You're sorting for leaders.

Apple released their new iPhone 3G - and although they've lowered the up front cost, the service fees are higher so people may actually end up paying more. Now with all the tough times & bad news, they're probably not gonna sell too many, right? Yeah.... sure.

Now an iPhone is not a necessity. There are cheaper phones people could buy, but what you saw is a mad rush once it was released.

So, with these tough times, where are people finding the money for stuff they really want? I mean, I still see people eating out, watching satellite & premium digital cable TV, even planning vacations. (Try to book a beach house and you will see so many are booked up you will hardly believe it). The answer is simple: if it's something people really want, they will find the funds for it!

So... when you're prospecting, it's simple. Sort for people who REALLY WANT what you have.
Sort for leaders. For people who want a lifestyle change. Who are through with living paycheck to paycheck and want to create change in their life. Sort for people who already have created that change, who are already successful, but who are paying too high a price (working 70 hours a week for instance) to maintain it.

Get your business in front of these people daily, and watch your business GROW. And stop wasting time with the wrong people.

And one more thing... instead of watching "the news" every night take a few nights off and READ something to feed your mind with different kinds of thoughts. Pick up a copy of the "Millionaire Next Door," or "Think & Grow Rich." And don't worry, if you miss any really bad news, someone will be sure to tell you all about it. ;-)
